Welcome to our March treasury challenge. The theme is Spring Fashion Trends. From a floral skirt to a pastel clutch, spring is the time of year for all things feminine. The challenge is to build a collection based on this spring's trending styles, from accessories to shoes to home decor. Here is a link to the Etsy March Merchandising Desk if you need a little help. It details the most recent trends on Etsy.

You guessed it, a Valentine's Day challenge. Yes, My Funny Valentine is a number from the musical Babes In Arms. It's been performed by every star from Miles Davis to Michael Buble. Even though Valentine's Day is associated with love and romance, there is also the St. Valentine's Day Massacre from 1929. That maybe a good use of the theme for those who try to avoid Valentine's Day altogether!

Theme Treasury Challenge: A Double Challenge!

Hello! This Theme Challenge is a "Double Challenge!" Here are the exciting details for our first Theme Challenge in a long time:

Rule #1: You may ONLY include 5-7 members of Selection Perfection. This may seem like an unusual rule, but I would like you to stretch - maybe even a bit out of your comfort zone - and enjoy and include some of the diversity and selection Etsy has to offer! Use this opportunity to find some new favorites. Some possible ways to find new favorites include: using Pounce, taking a Taste Test, looking at other Treasuries, etc. You get the idea!

Rule #2: You must base your Treasury on some aspect of the September Merchandising Report, which can be found here. (There is also a summary on the team blog.) Please read it all the way through.

Here are complete rules for the Challenge:

Here is our next Selection Perfection Treasury Challenge Winner: HeartstringsByJanice. We had such diverse, awesome entries this past week; again, I was so happy with them! Ultimately, Mandy (HeartstringsByJanice) won with her entry The Greatest Show On Earth for it's incorporation of the the previous seller and so many other great diverse items. Oh my goodness! What an amazing turn out. As I am typing this, I am still trying to figure out the winner. The array of colors and styles were just amazing.
